Booking rules.

Cancellation terms as published by Sörbyn Lodge. Applies to accommodation, conference and group bookings.

Cancellation

• 4 weeks or more before arrival — no charge.
• 3 weeks before arrival — 25% of the order value.
• 2 weeks before arrival — 50% of the order value.
• 1 week before arrival — 100% of the order value.

Confirmation & payment

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Payment terms are stated on your confirmation or proposal. For conferences and groups we prepare an individual proposal on enquiry.

Changes

Significant changes to guest numbers or dates may affect the price and are handled case by case — contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
