Dining with us is more than a meal — it’s a journey through the seasons and the landscape that surrounds us. Our chefs design menus that evolve naturally with the rhythms of nature, guided by what’s fresh, local, and at its peak. The ingredients we use come from nearby forests, lakes, and farms, ensuring every dish tells a story of northern Sweden’s rich and wild environment.

From earthy forest mushrooms and wild herbs to freshly caught arctic char and local berries, our kitchen turns raw nature into refined dining.

Dietary Requirements
Food allergies and special dietary requirements are never a problem. We are happy to accommodate all guests and provide the same high-quality dining experience. Please let us know before your stay.
Summer À La Carte Opening Hours
Our summer à la carte menu is served from 29 June to 31 July, Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
On Wednesday evenings, we instead serve our popular Summer Buffet.
Please note that the restaurant is reserved for a private event on 9 July and will therefore be closed.

Our drinks menu features selected aperitifs, coffee cocktails, and sparkling options carefully chosen to complement your dining experience. Discover flavors inspired by Norrbotten alongside timeless classics and a glass of cava for the perfect start to the evening.
