The culinary side of Sörbyn Lodge is restaurant Kallkällan (The Spring) and it is run with the aim of constantly developing our local cuisine.
The cooking is influenced by the wild life, such as reindeer, moose and fish, and inspired by northern food cultures.

The spring water comes from the underground sources of Lake Vitträsket, and no chemical purification is needed. The restaurant serves it either natural or sprakling.
