Christmas buffet

A crackling fire, glittering snow and the scent of warm mulled wine that warms hands and hearts alike — that is how the evening begins: an evening of togetherness, tradition and truly good food.

Step into the warmth and a genuine, cosy setting awaits, where the flavours of Christmas take centre stage. Our julbord — the Swedish Christmas table — is filled with home-cooked dishes, the classics you have been longing for and local favourites with a northern twist. All made with love and served with care.

Classic flavours with northern character

We proudly present a julbord where classic flavours meet the character of the north. Start with our own pickled herrings and home-smoked fish, continue with cold cuts of local game and charcuterie we have smoked ourselves. Among the hot dishes you will find game meatballs and cocktail sausages alongside glazed spare ribs with the spices of Christmas.

Finish at the dessert table with homemade treats, classic Ris à la Malta and northern flavours in sweet form.
