Gastronomic Cooking with the chef
You and your friends will meet up at the restaurant Kallkällan, where we begins with a review of the kitchen and the evening's menu. The chef will divide you into an appetizer- main course and a dessert group.
Once in the kitchen the cooking starts and each group will be guided of the chef. While boiling pots and oven gets warm, you will also prepare the table where you then enjoy your 3-course dinner.
We highly recommend - If you have a great passion for the flavors and different food cultures, to combine this activity with the Essence of Lapland.
Through stories, pictures, songs and exciting taste and smell sensations you get to know the taste of Swedish Lapland all year round.
